As Creative Directors and Project Managers, the principals of Orange Bazooka have managed writers, translators, proof readers, and all other suppliers for the entirety of their careers. This is what defines our work experience in business. Our deep experience across all the disciplines the ARB has listed comes from over 20 years of working in agencies and agency environments – interviewing, evaluating, hiring and managing both employees and freelancers.
Our business model depends on the relationships we have with the many different vendors we work with. And we have an extensive list of third party partners that we work with. Each partner is evaluated for their abilities according to a list of Orange Bazooka core values. They are tested on smaller projects then their responsibilities are expanded and nurtured on larger ones. Although we add new people to our roster all the time, some of our partners have worked with us for over 20 years.
We rely on our partners and help them grow their skills and businesses. They like working with us because we are proactive, strategic, creative and have very strong communication and management skills in the process of getting work delivered.
